Objective of text: there are only a few subjects, which during the last 10 years, have provoked so many reflection, discussions, controversy, even polemic such as the energetic politic of France. While this was the result of political decision made without the consultation of public opinion, this politics is now on the object of many public reports and multiple debates, which took place not only in the whole country but also in the Parliament.

on Monday November 28, the United Nations Conference on the global warning (COP11) took place. The emergency to reinforce the fight against the global warning has never been so obvious.
